There was rain in the forecast for the afternoon so we hit the trail early and were parked and hiking by 7 am. It was a cool and overcast day with some foggy/hazy skies but it made for a very comfortable and enjoyable hike. Only saw two people on the way up; much more on the way down. Fun hike. Would do it again for sure.
