Arrived at Vincent Gap trail head around 7:45 am parking was just about full with a few spots left in the main parking area. There was parking available across the highway. Started hiking at 8 am. Weather was good. Be prepared the hike starts off right away on at an incline. There is plenty of ground coverage, a bench at about a mile and half where you can take a break and take in the view and realize how quickly you climb gain elevation. There are some amazing views along the way. Take the time to turn around every once in a while. The views from the summit are amazing  all around, not much shade at the summit.
