Intermittent snow – not hard to cross

I hiked solo on Memorial Day. I started at 5:30a and finished at 3:10p, breaks included. There were patches of snow after Wellmans Divide and 5 ft of snow passing the house hut to the peak. Rocks were visible and I didn’t use spikes, just trekking poles. It was a cool breezy day!
