Parking lot filled before 6am; we got there around 5:40am and snagged the last official spot. It was a hot day; the shade under the trees was wonderful. Great breeze at the saddle between Cucamonga and Bighorn.
The last time I did this hike the trail working its way around Bighorn was fairly washed out, so I was happy to know some maintenance has been done!
Despite all the fires, I was still able to see San Gorgonio and San Jacinto. As usual, I find trekking down the last 3 miles of Icehouse.
