Bugs were an annoyance

Intermittent snow – not hard to cross

Hiked up to the icehouse canyon saddle a few days ago. This time, went all the way up to Cucamonga peak. Took about 2 hours to get up to the saddle, another 2 to get to the peak. Last bits of snow still present. The rocky switchbacks before the final climb are challenging. Lots of bugs so bring bug spray.
