It was a great day to get outside and hike Cuyamaca Peak. The sun was shining and the weather was perfect for the hike. The trail conditions were muddy at times from the melting snow, and there was running water on the trail as well, but it all was doable and posed no real problems. The higher up in elevation the more snow that was present, and this was a nice sight to see as I've never completed a hike in California were snow was present. The view at the top was very clear and beautiful. This is a very scenic hike with great views.
