Perfect day for a hike, and this one was desperately needed after the Thanksgiving feast a couple of days earlier. We got a bit of a late start, which meant we were racing the sunset to the end, but after absolutely perfect conditions all day. we found our way back to the car in Sierra Madre just as night fell.
Mt Wilson is a strenuous hike, but well worth the effort, particularly on a fine fall day.
