The weather was perfect for this hike, 59/60 with some cloud cover. Since most of it is tree-less and open, this can be brutal to hike in deep summer months.
Lots of green and flowers blooming.
Since it had just rained parts of the trail had water running through it. Nothing deep but your shoes will get muddy.
