Due to the rain clouds hovering over Elden, I decided to drive to Bill Williams seeing clear skies in the distance to the west. Unfortunately by the time I got there it began to get cloudy. Still as it was not yet raining I decided to continue the hike. The rain eventually caught up with me but fortunately I had rain gear and put it on at once. Took frequent breaks during the rain and moved when it subsided. I made it to the summit and it started to rain again. So after getting the photos taken courtesy of other visitors at the summit who  had driven up there, I headed down at once. It was close to sunset when I got back to the car but by that time the rain had stopped for the day.  Did a quick change of clothes at the trailhead's restroom before leaving.
