Weather was perfect- under 70 for the most part, but since this trail is almost all in the shady trees, it was delightful. The uphill was pretty grueling, and as we missed the turn off to get BACK to Chantry Flats, we added a couple of miles down to the Mt. Wilson trail road and an Uber back to our car…. over all a great start to our 6 pack!
