On 8/27/2016 I attempted my first hike on San Bernandino. At about 9,500-10,000ft (I'm not exactly sure) I got incredibly sick, I believe altitude sickness. With the help of my friend Garrett, I made it, but it was a terrible experience. And a shock. I am usually a strong hiker. Since then I take Diamox when hiking peaks above 10,000 ft. This time it was a wonderful hike. The trail is beautiful. There were many more people this time. Next on to Gorgonio
