Parking lot was almost filled up by the time when I got there 5:35AM. I believe at 6AM there were only a couple of spaces left. It got really warm when we were on the way down to the trail head. It was over 80 degrees for sure. Personally I think this trail was easier than Mt. Wilson trail except there were lots of rocks on the trail and less shade. I went with another 14 people. Great group and great hike. On the way up, I always think why I am doing this since I was so tired climbing up, but I felt great on the way down seeing people climbing up and being tired 😛
I liked the moment when I didn't have extra energy to think and to stress.
