I loved this hike! The weather was perfect! It did get a little warm, but I was prepared with a lot of water. I went on Memorial Day weekend so it was a little crowded, but the people hiking were super nice and friendly. It was a beautiful hike! I really enjoyed the view at the top as well. It made me appreciate how far I had gone. The only bummer was I forgot my memory card in my camera! I had to carry it the entire hike, but didn't get to use it. I was bummed. I had purchased some poles for this trip as well. My last hike on Mt. Wilson was rough due to join point going down hill. My knees still hurt during the hike with the poles, but it was so much more bearable. We also helped another hiker remove a tick. Remember to be aware if you bring your canine companion!
