This was a surprisingly easier mountain run compared to Mt. Baldy. I thought it would be harder and was pretty nervous leading up to the trail run. For safety reasons, I ran tramway to summit and back – a total of 10 miles with about 2,500+ elevation gain. The first tram on the weekends doesn't leave until 8am, so I hopped on and ran right as soon as the doors opened. It's July 2022 and there's no snow on the trails or near the summit. Only about a 10 degree drop to the top – still nice and warm. The trails are fairly clear until you hit some technical spots with loose rock and then scramble to the top. Happy to have taken some Top 10 all time finishes on segments up the trail!
