The way up with snow was intense because of all the ice sections. On the way back down I learned to use my crampons whenever the sun is not shining on the snow. I slipped and had to stop myself from going further down with my hiking pole! I lost one as it kept going down- better the pole than me. Alicia helped me up and we continued the descent.
