Arrived at the trailhead at about 6:15. The parking lot was almost full and people were starting to block other cars. It was a really hot day and I drank my whole 3 liters. I had never emptied my water on the previous hikes I had gone on. I wish I had brought my water filter to fill up in the stream by the campground. There were a lot of tents at the campground. The trail was well maintained and clean. The way down was a struggle due to the heat and lack of water.
