A solo hike on Friday. Started early at 6:00am. Going up was great until the last 2-3 miles which slowed me down. I saw one person on the trail on my way up. He was descending from the campground. I reached the summit a few minutes after 10:00, spent about 45 minutes at the summit. It was pretty. Great views. I saw several people coming up on my way down. Stopped to talk to a couple of them. The hike seemed so long. Finished around 1:40.

Finding the trail head was not as difficult as some say. It shows on Google maps and there are posted signs to it. Getting to parking on the dirt road is a different story. I think I acquired scratches on my car from branches trying to maneuver the road.
