started at 6am, parked right at the Vivian creek trail head parking lot. Trail is very rocky for the first 3 miles, then it gets more pleasant from Vivian creek camp to high creek camp, walking through the forest and along the creek. The trail gets harder from High creek camp to the top, steeper and very little shades. There a few snow patches about 2,5 miles from the peak, good things that i got trekking poles as it helped to traverse some icy snow patches trail. There’s a lot of bugs too but it’s manageable. It took me 6,5 hours to get to the top as I’m a slow hiker, only took 1/2 hours break and descent 5 hours. Overall, it was a strenuous hike but gets to enjoy the views. My favorite part is walking through the forest.
