I'll admit we were a little afraid of this one, but after San Jacinto we knew we had to finish the original 6 peaks, and this trail had just opened up after the fires! We made sure to start early to not stress about time, and walked into the sunset for much of the way down getting to our car just as it set. This hike felt like a true accomplishment. A challenge, the faux peaks on the way up with mess with you, but completely worth the view from the top.
