Most challenging of the 7 I've done (did Baden Powell alternative), but far less horrible than expected. We pre hydrated and kept hydrated and ate lots during the hike. We took our time and rested when we needed to rest. Leap frogged with lots of nice people. A lot of people passed us up and I didn't let that bother me, just kept moving over. We even helped a young man who was on his way down with blisters on all his toes. The last few miles in the direct sun was probably the toughest, but just took it slow. We started super early knowing we'd need the entire day and managed to make it back before dark. I am so thankful that my body allows me to do this kind if stuff at the young age of 57. I still plan to do Ontario peak to get in the 8.
