Weather was cool and beautiful with mostly sunny skies. Much of the trail after the first 2 miles had snow. Trail is not easy to find in many places. Sometimes the dirty snow trail was actually the trail, other times it seemed that people were out there making it up as they went. We had to consult a downloaded map many times realizing that we were close to the trail but not actually on it. There were many people out hiking. Some were very friendly and courteous, others were not. Glad to check this one off. Not very interested in hiking in that much snow again.
