Did you know that this peak, as well as many other locations across the country, is named after a twelve year old religious martyr, Saint Hyacinth of Caesarea, that starved himself to death after refusing to eat deliberately served meat that were blessed for sacrifice to the gods under the Roman Emperor, Trajan?
