Fall in the air…beautiful fallen leaves. Challenging time post covid infection—3 weeks out recovering. I felt like I was in a deconditioned state—body weak and lungs weak. I did not think I would complete this Summer challenge. I am especially grateful for a partner who reminded me to overcome negative thoughts and push through, as we should in all things in life.
