This was a great hike! Did this with a group of 8 and Hershel the pup. Easy going to Mt. Pinos, it was pretty up there with great views. After Pinos it was tougher – pretty steep going down and then back up to Sawmill. Views from Sawmill were incredible. We kept going to Grouse Mountain. It was steep again but ended with a nice shaded place to eat lunch. This part of the hike was pretty shaded. We all found the up down up down a bit challenging but overall this was a great day. Not too crowded and really pretty views.
