This was the hike I was most looking forward to out of all the peaks and it did not disappoint. Started at 9 from Stinson Beach and did Dipsea-Steep Ravine up to Pantoll, then Old Mine-Riding and Hiking Old Stage Rd to West Point Inn.  Continued on Old Railroad grade and finally all the way up to the peak.

After a lunch break by the fire watch tower, decided to hike the north side of Tam back down. Started with Eldridge grade which was extremely rocky, and continued on to Northside through Collier spring until its terminus at Laguna-Rock Spring Rd. From there I took the Portrero Meadows trail which was extremely overgrown all the way through to Laurel Dell rd. From there I continued through to Barths Retreat td to hook up with the Mickey O’Brien trail. This trail was overrun with flies in numerous spots. The day ended by taking Cataract-Ray Murphy-Laurel Dell-Willow Camp Spur to hook up with the Coastal trail as I wanted to see the old car wreck. The coastal trail again was overgrown and is a single track with a cliff on one side.  By this point my feet were killing me and I took Matt Davis all the way back to the car. This trail has littered with rocks and roots, I would not do this trail again.

Great hike, my favorite trail being the Steep ravine up to Pantoll.
