My third time up Baldy since last summer. No snow left on the trail anymore, just a bit off to the side. This is a shortish hike, but that last brutal mile out of the bowl to the top is quite steep and at 9,000ft high; it was a pathetic slow mile. Met lots of nice people, and I took the detour via Mt Harwood for some nice quiet time to sketch the awesome views and enjoy the weather. The fire track down from the Notch is rather boring after all the gorgeous trails.
