I got a late start. I began hiking at 2 and was at the top by 3:30. The trail was beautiful. Lots of running water next to and on the trail. Weather was clear and hot with a nice cool breeze. Last push to the top was much steeper than I remembered. It has pretty deep ruts and lots of loose gravel. The view at the top was awesome, but hazy. I imagined seeing the ocean on a clear day. Great spot for a sunset. Back at the trailhead at 4:30.
