Started at 6am. Good time to start as the bugs were still asleep. Reached the peak at 830 and quite fifty at the top, but if you squinted hard enough, you can see the view.
Heading back to the car, the wildflowers were more abundant which was nice. But the bugs woke from their slumber.
ended the hike by buying some candy at the Ortega candy shop. Their chocolate fudge and sugar free gummy bears were on point!
