Based on reviews I expected a milder stroll than hike but it was not the cakewalk I was led to believe but certainly doable. That last segment definitely had me struggling but one short break and I was at the top. Missed a turning so added a mile either way in wrong direction which probably added to the fatigue (and also explained why I was pushing through so much overgrown shrubbery!)
First 4 miles I never saw a soul then soon as I neared the peak there was lot of folks (probably like 15 of us at one point) so certainly one of the busier ones and I left early and was on trail by 6am. Easy trail to follow (my missing a turn was solely my own fault for being more interested in my playlist than looking at the signs) glad to have done it not sure I would rush back for it but the wildflowers were out in force which was nice!
