An enjoyable hike on a mostly shaded single track, with a gradual incline. That is until the last 1/4 mile or so when you have to battle your way to the top. Totally doable with good hiking boots. Poles definitely came in handy (especially on the way back down). Once you reach the small summit, you're rewarded with a gorgeous 360 degree view of the surrounding peaks. It took around 5 hours with a few stops here and there. All in all, a fun day.
