Brought my own peak sign and took it back home with me.

Anyway, started my hike a little before 630am. I was an hour late. The views were freaking gorgeous people! I love hiking at the butt crack of dawn (my legs dont). The air felt perfect, nice and cool.  Didn't see a single sole on my way up to the peak…until just before the peak. Some dude was coming down from the peak which explains why i didn't run into spiderwebs (this happens when your first on the trail). I was all alone for about 20-30 minutes at the peak. Took picks with my new hiking buddy (he didn't hike – he rode in my backpack).

Heading back is another story…is there such a thing as hiking rage? Oh my Lort! People be testing my pet peeves. Dogs not being in control of their owners (one dog was leashed, but was dragging it), no right of way to hikers going uphill (yes, there is some uphill going back – caught me off guard), and listening to music out loud on a trail…im only going to list 3 cause then ill appear to be nagging. Past about 40+ people going back. I might need to have myself a shot or eat an edible on my return on out and back hikes.

After my hike spent $4  for 2 cans of ice cold soda at the candy store- amazazing! Hits the spot! Overall, beautiful beautiful hike. Part of this trail connects to my favorite trail: Morgan trail.
