The drive up to the trailhead was harder than the actual hike.

Definitely need a high clearance vehicle.

There was no peak sign and summit was pretty much all towers.

Encountered a very angry rattlesnake.

      1. No problem! I haven’t done either yet but I’ve done some research and thought this was probably Santiago. I’m thinking of one of those two for a Christmas Eve summit to end my challenge, do you prefer one or the other?

        1. I prefer Sitton over Santiago for sure.
          Personally, Santiago was my least favorite. The summit was pretty underwhelming.
          Enjoy your trek, whichever you decide and be safe!
