Weather was cloudy and cool at 7 am but the sun broke through after summiting and it was sunny all the way till we finished at 1:30 pm. Trail was overall good and very green. Lots of ruts from prior rains but poles helped especially on the steep ascent just before the summit. LOTS of bugs but they didn’t bother me too much.
