This was a difficult hike due to snow and ice. I only have trail running shoes and surly should have worn micospikes. We monitored the conditions on the Franklin Pierce camera overlooking the mountain but did not give us a good look at the ground conditions. It took us a little over 3 hours to climb up and down. Views were great! Could see Mt. Washington and Boston in the far distance. This was a good prep run for our climb up Mt. Washington in June.
