Welp!! Attempted Baldy on little sleep and apparently inadequate hydration. Summitted in a little less than 4 hours, 30 minutes at top, and struggled down the ski hut trail. I need to really watch my hydration because,without excessive heat, I began suffering dehydration symptoms including dizziness and complete mental fogginess.  Spent about 30 minutes getting past this idiotic situation, finally feeling better, made the descent in about 3 hours. Total trail time 7.5 hours. Won’t happen again to me but always stay well hydrated. ????
