Got to the trailhead, the gate was locked to the road. This road consists of 4 climbs. The first is the longest, the third the steepest and the fourth is not much. I met a female hiker that was on the way down and she said that a black bear crossed the road in front of her, but ran down the hill. Once you get to the first set of towers the next hill will be your stopping point. Don't believe alltrails- it takes you further than you need to go. With a hot day expected, i didn't need to go further. At the crest of the hill past the towers, on your right you will see a makeshift campsite. There is a metal rod in the ground where the BM is. I used peakbagger.com to help me find the marker.
