Started the hike at 7 am. The weather was cloudy with a slight breeze, perfect for the hike.
The trail was well maintained with patches of ice until the saddle. Past the saddle microspikes helped a lot as there was a lot of snow along the trail.
Be careful in few places along the trail that are narrow, covered in snow and slippery.
We summitted at around 12 pm, and the view from the top was awesome! Stayed at the peak for about an hour. The hike back was slow until we reached the saddle because of the snow, but we wrapped up the rest of the hike pretty quickly. Had lunch at the Baldy Lodge, about half a mile away from the trailhead.
Overall, a great day to hike and the view was worth it.
