Arrived a bit later than I wanted (7am) and the parking lot was full as expected but was able to snag some close parking. Hike was going well and we were making great time. Stopped for a short break when a panicked hiker came running down and asked if we had an SOS device and asked for me to initiate it. Welp, I now know how to fully use my mini InReach and see how quickly they respond. Luckily, the missing hiker was found by her friends and the search and rescue team was not required.
