We set out much later than planned, but this turned out to be the most stunning of all our peak hikes to date. The variety of paths and vegetation, coupled with the breathtaking views over the Bay and the fantastic warm winter weather, made it truly unforgettable. Despite being on the trail for a total of 8 hours, the app indicates we completed the round trip in just 5.5 hours, excluding any breaks.

We took Dipsea Trail to Stage Coach Fire Road to Railroad Grade Fire Road to Fern Creek to West Point to East Peak, Back: Railroad Grade Fire Road to West Point to Stage Coach Fire Road to Steep Ravine Trail, and back to Stinson via Dipsea Trail

We're definitely coming back here!
