Foggy morning at Stinson Beach but the marine layer started to burn off about a half mile up the Dipsea. Beautiful redwoods all the way to Pantoll. Saw a deer eating lunch. Nice ridge views of the Bay Area looking SSE and the ocean looking WSW while walking between Pantoll and the East Peak Parking Lot. Peak was very clear and visibility was several miles in each direction. Came back down through thick brush before coming up on Rock Springs. Incredible views around Forbes Bench and starting down on Matt Davis Trail. Saw a snake in the brush approaching Stinson. Weather held up sunny all day. All told 16.25 miles in 06:54 with about 40 minutes at the summit.
