This hike was beautiful, we started out at 6am, the air was fresh and crisp, I was surprised that there were some areas with snow that we had to cross. I recommend hiking poles for those areas. There were some waterfalls across the way and it was great hearing them. When we came back, the parking lot was over full! There were many cars that made their own parking spots. This was 10 am. Overall a beautiful start to our first hike of the challenge.
