First time hiking Strawberry Peak. There is no shade on this trail, but the hike itself is still fun. I did not expect that last stretch to be as tough as it was. It was a pretty steep incline, but I managed to work through it and get to the top. Actually, I got to the top a few times… there’s so many false peaks I was unsure which one it was. The trail itself was pretty well maintained. I ran in to a few snakes. Luckily none of them were rattlesnakes. It was sunny with a couple of clouds over head.
