Hiking with my partner. Due to several life circumstances, this was our first peak! We are hoping we will be able to get six in before the end of the year, with all the fire closures. It was a lot hotter than expected, but some good shade if you start early. Also a pretty quiet trail, not too crowded. I’m a nature nerd, so I really enjoyed listening to the beautiful fox sparrow songs.
