Really enjoyed this hike! This was my peak 1/6 for the SoCal six-pack peak challenge.
Most of the ice and snow was melted but the parts that were still there were extremely slippery, more more slippery than they looked. I put on my microspikes for a small portion of the trail.
The trail was much more crowded than I expected and the scrambles were easier than I expected. But I met a couple that said the trail was quieter than they expected and the scrambles were harder than they expected.
