A windy but delightful hike. We set out from the Red Box parking lot at 6:45 as the sun was rising. It wasn't very crowded at that time but the number of hikers increased as the day continued. We had wonderful views and could see all of Catalina Island! Had hiked Strawberry Peak before and found the trail easily marked and very straightforward. Strawberry Peak is always a good and relatively short hike and an excellent way to start the 2021 hiking season. Looking forward to our next peak!
