Today we brought a new meaning to climbing a peak. We braved the class three climb up to the top via Colby canyon and descended down the opposite side to red box. We staged cars earlier that morning to make this a loop hike. We were excited to do the climb up the class 3, but not so excited to come down the same way.
colby canyon had quite a few hard to dodge poison oak plants. Keep your eyes peeled. No poison oak on the red box side.
