Wow… What a hike, what a view. We decided to do this before Black Crater, why I’m not sure, but we did. 😂 I’m usually not someone who struggles with lung capacity, but this summit KILLED me. I’d been down with a head cold for 2 days doing nothing, then thought it would be good to tackle Bachelor. I made it, slowly, but surely. And I am so glad I did, the views from the top are absolutely stunning. I’d do it again in a heart beat as long as I was feeling 100%. 😂 Trail was nice until rock scrambles, we went right before the Ragnar race so all the runner signs were up and kept confusing us until we read the Ragnar part.
