We decided to hike Mt Baldy late to catch the sunset because we knew we were going to sleep in late and wake up late to hike the next day. Surprisingly I wasn't really sore anything just really hungry. The weather conditions were going to sunny but chilly at the summit. Hiking with my partner we kept a steady pace to catch sunset. We knew around the time we were going to make it to the summit. The only breaks we took was at the notch to refill our water and at summit.

We made it the summit more enough time before the sunset. We didn't stay much longer because of the freezing cold windy chills. We watched the sunset coming back down the devil's backbone.
