Weekdays are the best. We hiked the first easy two and half miles and scrambled the rocky areas the last mile. It seemed like coming down would be hard, but it wasn’t. We took our time.
the trail was beautiful with wildflowers everywhere. No poppy or lupine, but we saw a lot of other beautiful flowers.
