Excellent weather conditions and low wind for my first Baldy hike. I don't think I'd want to take on Devil's Backbone on a windy day! Went up via the fire road to the notch and then up the really steep hill to reach devil's backbone and then the summit. Returned to Manker via the Baldy Bowl trail.
